Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical data that your browser sends automatically: your IP address, browser type, operating system, the page requested and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website. Cloudflare operates servers worldwide, including outside the EU; such transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
Fonts
The fonts on this site are delivered from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.
Checkout script
Pages that offer a workbook for sale load a script from Lemon Squeezy, LLC (assets.lemonsqueezy.com/lemon.js) at the moment you click a buy button. It is what opens the payment window over the page. Loading it transmits your IP address to Lemon Squeezy's servers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Lemon Squeezy is based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
Language setting
When you choose a language, your browser stores that choice locally on your device (localStorage). This is not a cookie, contains no personal data and is never sent to us. You can delete it in your browser settings at any time.
Buying a workbook
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, 3811 Ditmars Blvd #1071, Astoria, NY 11105, USA, acting as merchant of record. When you open the checkout, Lemon Squeezy receives the data you enter there — your name, email address and payment details — and processes it as its own controller under its own privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
We receive your name, email address and the details of your order so that we can deliver the files and answer support requests. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, performance of a contract.
Emails about our workbooks
If you have bought from us, we may email you about similar workbooks of our own. Legal basis: § 7 (3) UWG together with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can object at any time at hello@zoolero.com without any cost beyond your normal transmission charges. We do not use a separate newsletter provider and we do not pass your address to anyone for advertising purposes.
Advertising measurement (only with your consent)
If you agree in the cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. It sets cookies and allows us to see which advertisements lead to visits and purchases. This may involve transfers to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings link in the footer. Without your consent nothing is loaded and no cookies are set.
Contacting us
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete such messages once they are no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.
How long we keep data
Order data is kept for the periods required by German commercial and tax law, usually up to ten years. Everything else is deleted as soon as the purpose no longer applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
