You normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Our workbooks are digital files that are delivered immediately as a download. Before you buy, we tell you on the product page that the download starts straight away and that this ends your right to cancel. By completing your purchase, you agree to this.

Who your contract is with

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction. Withdrawal and cancellation are therefore handled through Lemon Squeezy.

What to do

If you want to cancel, write to hello@zoolero.com within 14 days of your purchase. If you haven’t downloaded the files, we will arrange the cancellation with Lemon Squeezy. If you have already downloaded them, please tell us what went wrong — see our refund policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights

If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, you keep every right you have under consumer law, regardless of this notice and regardless of the time limits in our refund policy.
