You normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
When this right ends early
Our workbooks are digital content delivered immediately as a download. Your right of withdrawal ends as soon as the download begins, provided that you
- expressly consented to the download starting before the withdrawal period ends, and
- confirmed that you understood you would lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
You are asked to give this consent during checkout. Once you have given it and the download has started, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase.
If you have not started the download
Write to hello@zoolero.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will arrange the cancellation with Lemon Squeezy.
This does not affect your statutory rights
If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, you keep every right you have under consumer law, regardless of this notice and regardless of the time limits in our refund policy.
Who your contract is with
Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. Withdrawal and cancellation are therefore handled through Lemon Squeezy. Write to us and we will take care of it for you.
