Refunds

Zoolero workbooks are digital files. You get instant access the moment you pay, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges. Before you buy, we tell you on the product page that the download starts immediately and that this ends your right to cancel.

If something is actually wrong, we fix it. Email hello@zoolero.com within 30 days if:

• the file won't download or won't open
• you received the wrong language or the wrong paper size
• pages are missing, blank or unreadable

We'll send you a working file. If we can't fix it, you get your money back.
