Questions parents ask
What exactly do I get?
PDF files you download and print yourself. Nothing is posted to you. The files arrive by email the moment you pay, and appear on screen as well.
How should I print them?
Print at actual size — 100 %. Do not use “fit to page” or “shrink to fit”: it makes the writing lines slightly too small, and a child forming letters notices. Plain white paper is fine; 100 g/m² feels nicer under a pencil but is not necessary.
What paper size are they?
A4. The English and Spanish workbooks are also included in US Letter, in the same download, so you can print whichever your printer takes.
Can I print a page more than once?
Yes, as often as you like, for the children in your own household. Buy once and print again next year for a younger sibling. Use in a school, nursery or tutoring setting needs a separate arrangement — write to us and we will sort one out.
Which workbook should I start with?
For a child of five who is not yet reading, start with Reading Adventures and Writing Adventures. For a child who already reads a little, Math Adventures 1 and Logic Adventures 1 fit better. Logic Adventures 2 is genuinely harder and suits seven to eight.
Is there an answer key?
Both maths workbooks have full answer pages at the back. Logic Adventures 2 has solutions after every mission, written so you can explain the reasoning rather than just read out the answer.
My child gets stuck. What do I do?
Read the task aloud, then wait. If they are still stuck, cover half the puzzle or ask “how did you know?” about a part they did get right. A wrong answer tells you how your child is thinking, which is more useful than a right one.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours.
The download did not arrive.
Check the spam folder first — it arrives from Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. If it is not there, write to us with the email address you used and we will send the files directly.
Can I get a refund?
The workbooks are digital files you can open the moment you pay, so all sales are final. But if something is actually wrong — a file that will not open, the wrong language, missing or blank pages — write to us within 30 days and we will send you a working file. If we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
