1. Who we are
These terms apply to zoolero.com, operated by Renkli Aykut, Heinrich-Diehl-Str. 16, 90552 Röthenbach, Germany.
2. How purchases work
Workbooks are sold through Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which acts as merchant of record. When you buy, your contract for that purchase is with Lemon Squeezy, and Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the transaction. We are responsible for the workbooks themselves and for supporting you with them.
3. What you receive
All workbooks are digital PDF files. Nothing is shipped. Files are available for download immediately after payment. The number of pages and the paper sizes offered are stated on each product page.
4. Your licence
When you buy a workbook, you may:
- print it as often as you like for the children in your own household
- keep the file for your personal use for as long as you wish
You may not:
- share, send, sell, rent or give away the file or its printouts
- upload it to any website, cloud folder, messaging group or file-sharing service
- use it in a school, nursery, childminding setting, tutoring business or any other commercial or institutional context
- alter the files, remove branding, or reuse the illustrations or text elsewhere
If you would like to use the workbooks in a classroom or group setting, write to hello@zoolero.com and we will find a suitable arrangement.
5. Copyright
All content of the workbooks and of this website — text, illustrations, layout and the name Zoolero — is protected by copyright and remains our property. Buying a workbook grants you the licence described above and nothing more.
6. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out on a separate page and forms part of these terms.
7. Availability
We do our best to keep this website and the download service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, and only up to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract.
9. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live.
